These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "Do It All" application ("App") provided by FaRe Consultancy Inc. ("FaRe Consultancy," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
The "Do It All" App may allow you to input, store, and manage your data on your device, including but not limited to task lists, notes, and other information ("User Data"). It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your User Data stored on your device.
We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your User Data to prevent data loss. FaRe Consultancy Inc. shall not be responsible for any data loss, damage, or misuse of User Data stored on your device.
The "Do It All" App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FaRe Consultancy disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
FaRe Consultancy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or the loss, misuse, or alteration of User Data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FaRe Consultancy assumes no legal obligation to protect, secure, or guarantee the confidentiality of User Data stored on your device. You acknowledge that User Data security is your sole responsibility.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FaRe Consultancy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
FaRe Consultancy reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review these Terms periodically for updates.
